Plenēra nolikums:
# Plenērs veltīts Liepājas jūrmalai un ostai. Tās ir divas svarīgākās vērtības, kas nosaka Liepājas raksturu vakar, šodien un arī rīt. Līdzīga rakstura plenērus galerija Klints rīko jau 13 gadus. Plenērs notiks, kā parasti, jūlija sākumā un iekļausies Liepājā rīkotajos Jūras svētkos.
# Šīgada plenēra vienojošais moto ir „Manu sapņu kuģis” . Sapņus nevar atņemt neviena krīze , neviena banka . Sapņi piedzimst, dzīvo un nomirst kopā ar sapņotāju.
# 9.,10.,11.jūlijā Liepājas ostmalas promenādē darbosies mākslinieku atvērtās darbnīcas (portrets, ainava , klusā daba ) un kopā ar liepājniekiem būvēsim Sapņu kuģi .
# Plenēra noslēguma brīvdabas izstāde un Sapņu kuģa priekšā stādīšana notiks 11.jūlijā Jūras svētku ietvarā vienlaicīgi ar dažādiem muzikāliem un teatrāliem priekšnesumiem. Programmā paredzēts arī konkurss un godalgas.
# No atlasītajiem darbiem tiks veidota ceļojošā izstāde un katalogs.
# Vizuāla informācija par galerijas „Klints” darbību www.klints.liepaja.lv
# Plenērā aicināti piedalīties gleznotāji, kuri var radoši darboties publiskā telpā.
Rīkotāju atbildība:
# Mākslinieki tiek nodrošināti ar naktsmājām studentu viesnīcā (divvietīgas un trīsvietīgas istabas).
# Ēdināšana trīs reizes dienā.
# Darba materiāli (daļēji).
# Darba telpas.
# Ekskursijas un izbraucieni uz Liepājas novadu.
# Publicitāte un sadarbības iespējas ar galeriju.
Dalībnieku atbildība:
# Ceļš turp un atpakaļ (ierašanās 3.jūlijā, izbraukšana 12.jūlijā).
# Savas radošās darbības prezentācija.
# Piedalīšanās noslēguma izstādē ar plenērā tapušajām gleznām.
# Pēc plenēra viens-divi darbi paliek rīkotāju īpašumā(atkarībā no tehnikas un izmēra).
# Plānotais dalībnieku skaits: 25 mākslinieki.

Organizers of the plain-air:
Art gallery “Klints” in cooperation with Liepāja City Culture Department
About the festival:
# The plain-air is dedicated to Liepāja beach and the port – two essential values setting the character of Liepāja yesterday, today and tomorrow
# Gallery “Klints” has been organizing similar plain-airs already for 13 years. This year the plain-air is scheduled for the beginning of July and it will be a part of Liepāja Sea Festival with the main thematic emphasis on the port. At that time of the year the sea is usually calm, yet more than during other periods there are many picturesque fishing boats moored in the port as this is the quiet season for the fishermen.
# We look forward to welcome painters who feel close to marine genre of painting
# The concluding open-air exhibition of the plain-air will take place on July 11 at the Promenade (Old Embankment) within the framework of the Sea Festival along various musical events and other activities.
# The program of the plain-air includes also competition and prizes.
# A traveling exhibition and a catalogue will be arranged after the plain-air.
# You can visit the website www.klints.Liepāja.lv for visual information on the art gallery “Klints”.
The organizers provide:
# hostel accommodations ( in two-persons and three-persons rooms)
# three meals per day
# work materials (partially)
# rooms for work
# sightseeing and tours in Liepāja region
# publicity and possible further cooperation with art gallery “Klints”.
The participants are requested:
# to arrange and cover their own travel arrangements to/from Liepāja (arrival – July 3, departure – July 12)
# to present his/her creative work
# to participate in the exhibition at the end of the plain-air with paintings created during the plain-air
# to leave one or two works (depending on the technique and the size) created during the plain-air in the ownership of the organizers
